Ever since the early days of creating his first album he would upload videos of recording in the studio and actually hiring camera men to follow him along his career is one of the factors and forces behind my confidence growth of putting tick out there… what really sets him apart from other celebs is that he keeps it real, he interacts with his fans as much as possible look at this video production with Yahoo when they film his day on the block where he lives in Harlem and you will totaly understand what i mean. He isnt mainstream over here like a lot of great american artists but Mr Leslie is definatly a guy to keep you eyes on very closely...
I would die for a inch of his success, style and charisma, he graduated Harvord university with flying colours! I had the track ‘How it was supposed to be’ from his first album set as my ringtone since last February when it dropped and only recently changed it last week when his second album ‘Transition’ came out to ‘Something that I like’ the opening lines just ring instant style, ive mentioned him previously a few months back and was going to do a project on him an as i get tick out over the next week i will be puting up some ideation work for this idol.
So tick has had many diffrent deadlines its chopped and changed a lot and it is coming, its been put back because of certain features i wanted to include some of these being motorsport director Will Roegge, designer Brook Banham and diverse up and coming music talent Mike Posner... and much much more so head over to the tick myspace page and twitter for more updates.
